i just checked my 02 model cavalier 2200 auto and it gets 27mpg i thought this was pretty good what do u guys think? this was with a mix of about 30/70 highway and city.

be happy i get 200-225 a tank 30/70 here to

Not bad, Get at least 30 or about 500 miles to a tank full. But its mainly hwy, about 75 miles to and from work. Its my commuter car. 97 Cav 5spd. Paid 1800 for in San Antonio and added about another 3000 grand to it. Could have bought a newer one, oh well.

sometimes 2.4's suck, i get about 25, but mine is 8 years old (the motor, not the car)

My '96 'Fire has ~170K miles on it. Averaging close to 30 mpg; highway/city driving is 70/30. I once got 37mpg, but that was at somewhere around 30K miles. Getting about 400+ miles to each (15.2 gal) tank.

last tank i got 31 mpg in my 1999 Cavalier with the 2200. 90% Highway Driving (70mph+). through the winter i was getting 27 mpg here in Wisconsin.
