Yea so i was checking all my fluids under the hood and other things like that, so decided to take the ecotec cover off to check the spark plugs, everything was fine i put the cover back on and the car won't start... can't figure it out, those tubes that go over the plugs all went in, it's just now i can't figure out why it won't start at all... no power, nothing. any ideas????

nevermind i got it, i'm a retart i forgot to tighten one of the bolts... is it normal to smell a little gas at first when that happens though, b/c when i started it, it started fine, but i got a slight smell of gas(door was open) from the exhaust, but it went away after about a minute.. any ideas??

You will smell gas for a minute, because the car is running richer until operating temp is hit. Once it reaches operating temp, and a few other coniditions are met, example car has been on for at least 60 seconds, O2 sensors are heated up, it will enter closed loop operation.

hope it helps
