straight to the point...my step brother and i are replacing my driver side motor. once we drill out the rivets and try pull out the motor, it won't budge. it seems like its still bolted in but i cant figure out where. i followed my chiltons but after a couple hours of looking around and tinkering a bit, i've announced defeat. I want to give it another try but before I do, will someone whose done this before give me a little explantation of what they think i'm forgetting or does anyone know a site where they give more detailed steps. Help Asap will be greatly appreciated cause it's supposed to be nice out tomorrow and i want to do it then.

Thanks in advance! , Josh

hmm, ok did u completely take out the five rivets. Once u drill out the rivets and nail them out, the metal circular part of the rivets should still be attached to the door. You have to take those out too, those took some time and effort. Once you get those rivets out of the door, the motor should be loose. Also remember to loosen the two bolts holding the regulator arm to the window. Also theres another two bolts, they are black on the door that holds up a bar also, you have to remove those. But i assume you would know those, but just remember to take out the silver rivets on the door after you drilled them out.

Hope that helps if not post here again!!
