I installed after market power locks on my cavi...
Well, the rods for the locking mechanisms screws together, and this is the second time they've come loose.
My question is, what type of locktite shoudl I use? I know there are different kinds, what are their applications?

Try the blue stuff first. If that doesn't work you can use the red.
the main difference is (if you are removing the screw) blue is easier to take out after it is broken loose, red gets harder to remove once broken loose.

What the heck is a "Datsun" ?
Alright thanks.
But thats for when your removing it... when the screws are in do they both hold about the same?

If you use the red loctite you are supposed to heat it up to remove the bolt.
Blue locktite you need 180 ft pounds to remove it, and red locktite you need to have over 400 ft pounds to able to get it off.
Use blue, if you ever have to remove then again you will have hard enough time as it is, but red that is usually used for like exhaust manifold bolts.
