should i use antiseize on my spark plugs for an 01 2.4L z24. ive searched and found that it shouldnt be used on an ecotec, but couldnt find any info for the 2.4L. anyone?

I've talked to people that use it, I've talked to people that don't but recommend that I should (on a 2.4L) and I've talked to people that say I don't need it.


I've never used it.. and I've never had a problem. But I also torque the plugs to the proper spec (which is only like 12 or 18 ft/lbs! that's a little over finger tight for me!), every single time.
