Is a remote starter installed in that car. If so, then your bypass has probably gone bad or been disconnected.

no there is no remote starter the car is completly stock and im not sure why it got set off in the first place..the dealership said it has to be brought in to be reprogrammed if it happens again...personally i think thats BS..but i know nothing of the newer ecotecs and their ecu's ..i still have a obd1 ..i was just wondering if anyone else had this problem?
