jk, i heard they did that cuase they are changing the site and people they dont want, get the hacked screen
no, we actualy got hacked. they were planning on pulling the site offline to do the server swap, but before they got to doing it it all got hacked.
well, the hacking kinda forced them into it before they were completly ready to do the switch over

Usually they just hack the main page and the forums/etc are OK...in this case they main page is fine the forums lead to
the hack screen...but I thought BCJ got the latest updates a little while ago, there's no way it did then... all the other forums running that software have not been hacked so I guess it was not updating the site software.

Yeah i had some unread pm on there too, now i can't get ahold of somone that wanted my rims, hope it gets back up soon, I miss my second home

I talked to Trevor and he seems to think it's a "prank" by Clint... until the DNS switches over. The forum IS still there, it's just inactive:

I have a shortcut to my PM's... and the forum is "turned off" so you can't get your PMs anyway... and as soon as the new DNS entry resolves... you'll be registering at the new forum on the JSpeed server.... so.... you guys won't have a chance to get anything off the old forum, including PMs, unless Trevor turns the old forum back on. As soon as the DNS entry resolves... it's over.
I've seen this Ugurcan thing before.. it's a hacker that used to prey on old versions of the forum. Ours wasn't quite up to date, version 2.0.13 (compared to the current 2.0.22), but it was well beyond the version that was easy to prey on by that Ugurcan hacker... someone deliberately put that there... it's not a hacker's work.
I don't know when the DNS switch will happen though. That's up to Clint I guess!

I was @!#$ around on the hacked BCJ earlier... I think I found the old files... it's all still there, just moved. Of course, it's shut off... so it's useless anyway (unless you have admin access)
