Denver Motorsports & Ruffneck Entertainment Venues
PRESENT: Sunday Nights at Denver Motorsports, (3748 S. Lipan St � on the corner of Lipan and Lehigh) enjoying a fun and safe night among fellow car customizing enthusiasts. This event is weather permitting through the fall.
This location is a secured environment preceded over by Denver Motorsports (DMS), Ruffneck Entertainment Venues (REV) and its affiliates.
Code of Conduct:
1. Alcohol: Absolutely no alcoholic beverages of any kind will be permitted or consumed on premises.
2. Drugs: Absolutely no drugs or paraphernalia of any kind will be permitted or consumed on premises.
3. Fighting: Fighting and/or arguments of any kind will not be tolerated on the premises. That includes those with DM Staff, Promoters, PTs Staff, Fellow Participants and local law enforcement agencies.
4. Speed: Speed on event premises will be kept at 5mph or slower. Exhibition of speed (i.e. street racing, burnouts, etc.) will not be tolerated.
5. Street Racing: Street Racing anywhere near premises is not permitted. (Streets leading into and out of event and Santa Fe Dr.)
6. Cleanliness: Everyone is asked to dispose of any garbage in its proper location (trash bags or garbage bin located NE corner of lot) before leaving, even if it�s not yours.
Anyone NOT adhering to this conduct will be subject to have license plate numbers turned over to local law enforcement agencies for enforcement of laws adhered in Englewood, CO. DMS, REV and its affiliates are working closely with Englewood PD to ensure the safety and enjoyment for all who attend this weekly event. DMS, REV and its affiliates reserve the right to remove any person(s) responsible for disturbances stated within this code of conduct. Also DMS, REV and its affiliates reserve the right to ban any individual(s) from further events. Thank you and�
