Try Discount Muffler & Brake on Evans, in Denver...they will likely do it, and probably wont charge too much...thems good people! They custom made and installed my catback for $165...

Wouldn't you be better off going to Raton or somewhere in New Mexico for exhaust? I am pretty sure that New Mexico's exhaust laws aren't as strict as Colorado laws and probably cheaper too.

Why not just get a high flow cat and save the trees a bit? they hog maybe .2 horsepower and make the exhaust not quite so poppy, while reducing pollution a whole lot. Mufflers and overall pipe diameter steal most horsepower, not to mention the stock manifolds. Stock cats rob more than performance ones, but come on man.

I have no respect for people with no cats, I am an immissions inspector, and my car has cats thank you very much. You could find a high flow and have it installed local for the cost of gas and finding a shop that would do it for you under the counter.

my .02 cents

22 miles per gallon and dropping fast...
