I would say supercharger! Turbo 2.2's are getting fairly common these days. Be different and do a custom supercharger!
Turbo's have lag and pool time. Superchargers are there on demand even though they run off of an accessory.
My .02 cents..
Hey Ryan, give me a call.

Can it be later, like @ 9? I am a little low on minutes..
supercharger takes more power - so if you're a audio buff - don't do that.
Turbo's lag.. a bit..
and i'm NO expert believe me... but from what i hear from my friends that are into it... out here in Az because of the weather a turbo is more efficient... and would produce more power on the average than a SC.
No flames if i'm wrong but thats what I understand about them in az.

ryno: exactly right root style (not available for the 2.2 ohv) chargers are highly affected by heat however there are ways to combat that i.e alcohol injection. centrafugal sc's (rsm) i belive aren't affected as much or if at all.
I say turbo for the simple fact of boost adjustability and traction. if you ever want to build a 2.2 for max boost you then can run whatever psi you want. However SC you are limited to certain amounts. Traction with a SC is also a problem with "always on" Boost. However that turbo has LAG wich you can get traction first then hit BOOST. If you run drag slicks or really good drag radials and want instant boos you can wet shot N20 your turbo motor for quicker spool. With a root style charger you have to direct port N20.
Those are my opinions make Your mind either is Kick Arse in my opinion
Hope it helps a bit.

Neither and just give me the money
I also have a 2.2 OHV engine and i'm turboing it with a B14 turbo from a Talon. The compression rate is the same so on and so forth although i need to find an oil tap and i was wondering if anyone knew where an oil tap was other than in the back at the oil pump/oil filter
