59mm tb installed..whistling noise ?? - Performance Forum

59mm tb installed..whistling noise ??

Hey guys,
I installed a 59 mm tb from rsm a while back and when i'm on light throttle theres a whistling noise that sounds like a little vacuum leak. But my gauge shows no leak and i've chcekced everyything. Is this normal ?/

Trust me, that's normal.

My Racetech 62.8mm TB does it too.

my rsm tb on my old 2200 did it and my reveco tb on my eco does it as well.

I used to have a 59mm tb and it did the same. I actually thought it sounded kinda cool though....

My Mantapart 56mm Tbody does the same thing. No problems with it

i have the rsm 62mm t/b and it does that too. I dont mind the sound.

Annoying? Psssh. What about when you had a turbo 2.2? BOVs are annoying as hell after the first 20 shifts of your transmission
