When driveing usealy after the car gets warmed up it will make a sound like metal hitting metal usealy when i apply the brakes or hit a bumb at first i thought it was the exhaust but i can not see it hitting on anything also i will add i have a aftermarket header,WAI and a flowmaster 60 series muffler anyone can think of anything please let me know someone said it might be a bad motor mount whiched i just ordered the upper and lower from RKsport which is comeing on monday can't wait to get them.

first off, let's use some punctuation, haha. secondly, where is the noise coming from? your description is kind of general, at least to me, so it could be anything.

It's probably a hanger rattling...happends to me sometimes. You can take it to an exhaust shop so they fix it or just ignore it when it happends.

Check all your heat shields. Since I've started modding my car, I've had two seperate problems with a heat shield rattle. One when I had my header installed and one when I had my cat installed.
