Who has done one of these swaps on the 2.4L? Does it bolt straight up? Doe sit require a change of throttle? What is required?
What are the advantages (really)? I've heard that they are the best intake manifolds you can get for these cars but would like some confirmation about quality & performance.

Knowledge about everything and yet an expert of nothing!!
Jack of all trades.
Some modification is required to do the swap. No change in throttle is required. You can keep the entire setup the same. Just have to modify the manifold and TB to bolt up. For someone who knows what they are doing, its a few hours of work to do it right. There is ALOT of information if you search for it. If you go to
http://www.ny-jbodies.org/ and click on Library, they have a How-To written up.

you do sacrifice a little bit of low end. The 2.3L HO was designed to make power above 4000rpm's
I believe that's the case. But I like the feel of it on the 2.4. along with the throttle body.
