need some help with ecotec

here it goes i was driving and it seems if i get below 2k rpm when i hit the gas it kinda sputters/bogging im thinking the spark plugs which im getn ready to check...and also sometimes it kinda takes a sec to start...so hopefully this will fix my prob....

i had a car that did the same when i got it tho it had 78,000 on it yet the plugs were black as can be and so i changed n put in the bosch double ground sparks and changed the start, power ,and bog/sputter issues i had so yeah def check the plugs could be filty also what kind of miles we talken could be a dirt fuel filter.

yeah just changed fuel filter when i changed the pump...and its got 89k on it and the spark plugs seem to be fine but ima change them
