DC Sport Headers
Sunday, March 16, 2008 10:17 PM
Hey

I just bought a Dc Sport header for my 2001 Z24 cavalier, i noticed that were the O2 sensor goes, its reading one cylinder ports instead of all four ports. Which i noticed every header read all four, just the Dc sport header read just one.
So i was wondering if it will give me problems?

Thanks for the help

I have a DC header on my 99 with a supercharger. You will not have any problems with the o2 sensor location.

DC Race Headers are a no-nonsense, CAD designed off-road only exhaust manifold which emphasizes maximum power. These headers are designed to achieve the highest possible flow by any means necessary. As a result, the catalytic converter is replaced by a straight pipe. (Optional flange is included to use the original Catalytic converter with this header)

thats straight from the ttr site

i wanted to know hot it fits with a factory set up i already have a factory style magnaflo hight flo cat

the optional flange means to work with the header you gotta cut and weld
