Replacing 2.3L cylinder head and special tools required?

I'm going to be replacing the cylinder head on my 95 Cavalier 2.3L and I'm wondering if I am going to be needing any special tools or if I can get by with the normal array of mechanics tools that I have in my tool box. Your input will be much appreciated.
