eco crank pully

whats best lightweight crank/alt pully to throw on my eco to help rev faster/have less rotating mass without killing my battery as I have an aftermarket system? I read a post a while back about a group purchase or something of someone who made both lightweight but not underdriven as underdriven will give me a loss of power with such a stereo, this is my daily driver so I need functionality. this post is for opinions btw, so opinionate! and if you have pics/vids of yours installed show em!

btw my eco has rksport spring inserts, upper and lower ttr mounts, wai, 2.5" full exhaust going through a magnaflow cat and flowmaster super 40 muffler, big 3.

MD-LD9 is who you are looking for.

This is his profile. Send him a message and ask him when he is going to run his next GP.

the alt pulleys are the same for the 2200 and 2.4, and I believe the eco as well.

So MD-LD9's, or I think AEM makes one??

My alternator pulleys fit every motor that was native in a cavalier from 95-05.

what are the advantages and disadvantages of a alt&crank pulley anyways?

do they make one for my 96 2.2 sunfire?

the advantages and disadvantages were discussed in several threads. synopsis i read is:
adv-less weight in the pulley helps the motor perform
dis-cost of replacing the stock pulley, time it takes to replace stock pulley (tho it's not long, it's still a measure of time that is gone)

the 96 sunfire prob has an LN2/2.2 OHV. so yes. look at md-ld9's sig. sunfires and cavaliers have the same engines respectively. so parts for a particular cavalier will be the same for a particular sunfire (motor wise). you can't really label a car and year as some cars in a year have 2-3 different engines. you'd want to look at what engine you have, not the car model. all alternator pulley's are the same.
