i have a 2.2L OHV motor
i was wondering how much power u think i will be pushing with
a full exhaust system ( 2 1/3 inch piping ) , a high flow cat, 4-1 headers, cold air intake, port and polished heads, 10.2mm spark plug wires.

i was wondering also how much hp i will get off the port and polishing the head?

You don't have headers, you have a header.

Stock: 110 hp with 130 lb·ft torque at the crank and 102.3 hp with 120.9 lb-ft torque at the wheels.

With a full exhaust system ( 2 1/4 inch piping ) , a high flow cat, 4-1 header, CAI, port and polished head, 10.2mm spark plug wires. (8.5mm are better): That would be approximately 132hp with 148 lb-ft torque at the crank

At the wheels it would be close to 122.76hp and 137.7 lb-ft torque with a manual transmission.

2003 Sunfire with 2 1/4 inch turbo muffler, 2 1/4 piping, 2 1/2 inch resonator, a 2 1/4 inch catalytic converter, 2 1/2 inch down-pipe, a 4:2:1 RK Sports 'clone' header, E-bay strut brace, ground wire kit and an AEM true cold air intake NOPI edition.

The 98+ 2200s were rated from the factory at 115 HP @ 5000rpm and 135 lbs-ft @ 3600rpm. The automatic transmissions typically lose more HP than the manuals. Each motor and drive train will be different, to an extent. Typically the autos come in around 90 whp. Using the program I have and some of my own calculations, about 107 whp. There will be error in this calculation, do to limited information, errors in math and how much of a gain is actually made the modification. In other words that is nothing more than a speculative guess!
