I know I will get flamed for my ignorance, but I have no idea what "meth" is... Can someone clarify for me? Is it soemthing for boost? If so, I am sorry for posting in the wrong forum.

Um its a drug.

What's funny to me is people bragging about beating Cavaliers in street races.

Yes, its a drug. But in the automotive world its slang for methanol injection.

Another silly ?, do you run meth all the time, or is it like a "bi-fuel" where I run pump gas, then flip a switch and run meth for the 1/4? Or is it like a race fuel that I can run with few modifications to my stock fuel system? And if there is mods needed, what are they? Sorry again, and thanks for your responses...

methanol is injected into the intake in high load conditions to cool the intake charge. Its basically a chemical way to reduce heat and allow more air to be burned, thus making more power.

It's also used as a fuel additive, to increase knock resistance & as a fuel system "de-ice"-er.
