Does any one have a picture of there exhaust system under there car just want to see what im going to have to do. thanks
heres the whole catback off the car to give you an idea. Straight back from the exhaust manifold, bends to the drivers side to go around the gas tank up and over the exhaust and out the back.
now can you buy a cat that has a 2bolt flange and a 3 bolt flange? so that if i wanted to buy the rksport header and an exhaust that had a 3bolt flange would that work on an 03 sunfire with an ecotec 2.2?

Hey Dave I see from your pictures that your welds are starting to rust. Mine are aswell. I'm not sure how new your exhaust is but I just put mine on late spring...
Is this normal for our exhausts to have rust starting to show already?

I don't even drive my car in the winter, but the salt stays on the road pretty late into spring. If you get stainless, you'll get surface rust as you can see in those pics - but the exhaust will be fine.
