look to see if its setting on the transmission, or if its touching the firewall. Id aslo make sure everything is tight, check all your bolts, and nuts. If it s your engine rattling I'd be questioning the last guy that last touched it. It would be easiest just to get your car up and check if any part of the exhaust is rubing against the heat shields or anywhere else.
ok but it like sounds inside the motor but it didnt to do tht noise at all can it be a lifter????

well its possible that the guy doing you exhaust dropped a bolt down on of the exhaust ports. If thats the case he'd be paying for the repairs if it were my car. You might have to pull the head to find out for sure and check the valves and pistns for damage. but without actually hearing it its hard to really know. Did you anything else other then just changing your exhaust?
After i installed my header the sensor after the cat was facing straight up and down thus hitting the heat shield that was there creating a ticking noise every time i stepped on the gas. it did this because the aftermarket down pipe was a little shorter than the stock one so it made the sensor go up high enough to rattle on the heat shield.
