i have a wonderful oportunity to buy a supercharged 3.8 fom a SSEI bonneville . i would love to swap this into my 95 cavy. i know alot of people have done this, but i was just wondering what it would actually take to get this done. a list of extra parts needed would be great, and a price estimate for all the parts to make it fit and work like new would be amazing. thanx guys.

You should do a search. there are loooooots of threads on this swap. Its not something you can just bolt in. There are lots of custom things you need to do n im not sure any 2 people do it the same way. also Im pretty sure you need to heavily modify your subframe too.

thats if you pay somone to do it i have 1000 into my s/c swap thats with the cost of the car but i havent bought a clutch yet

Ya... When i priced everything out to do it, (02 3800S2, Getrag trans, clutch, flywheel.) it was under 2k
