Terrible Gas Milage

So for the past 1-2 months I have been getting terrible gas milage. My driving habits have not changed, and nothing related to fuel on my car had changed. EcoCav installed my new spark plug springs, but that is it. I'm thinking...well @!#$ I dont even know what I am thinking. I went from 340-360 a tank (if I let it go to the last line), to about 280ish now to the same level. At first I thought it was the stupidly cold weather, but it got warmer, then I thought it was the 5-10% ethanol in the gas, but 60-80 miles per tank less makes no sense to me. Ima check for vacuum leaks tomorrow, and reseal my intake sensor...I noticed today it was loose and could be a potential problem. I am also gonna seafoam my next oil change and gas fill up probably. gimme ideas people....let me know where to start looking...

I filled up today and used a bottle of fuel injector cleaner, and gas saver. The only other thing I can think if is that my cat converter is clogged and due to be replaced, or my o2 sensor if jacked up and telling the car to dump fuel, but then wouldnt it have a code.

if you fill up your tank and don't use it up too quickly, the ethonol evaporates, and you lose your fuel...maybe that? are the springs doing their job?(not in right, or not good quality?)....wideband would help you here with your theory...

The springs were swapped 2-3 weeks after the problem started actually. And i never thought about the ethonal evap thing. Does ethonal really evaporate faster then normal unleaded fuel?

think of it this way: during the summer, my dad's truck (black 1982 chevy stepside, carbed) sits for a week or so at a time. when it does, by the time he goes to start it, all the gas have evaporated out of the bowl.
