will changing rockers do anything with my stock cam? if yes what should i use and what is the benifit?

It'll just increase the lift at the valve over what it was before, and cause the valve to open at a quicker rate (Comparably). With the stock cam this is good to do, as it will really help the low-RPM breathing & increase low-end torque, which is great for mileage.
