i have a 1996 cavalier 2 door 5 spped 2.2 and i want to no if its possable to but the 3.1 from the old cavaliers into this body, if it is is there any mods needs to be done or anything ?

How much fabbing would be involved with the 3100 or 3400 swap? I read somewhere the 3800 is a bitch! although I do have a 98 buick park with a good runnig 3800. is there any links on JBO with any of these swaps that would be helpful? Thanks Guys
How much fab work? The lower mount.. Everything else bolts up if you use a 94-95 grand am top mount bolted into the 2.2 motor mount.

If you only want a 140hp engine, it would be more worth your time to swap to an ECOTEC.
