Fart can on the car.

Once the Atomic exhaust comes to my doorstep, I'll be going back with the Magnaflow you see below. Older picture so excuse the lack of clarity.

Btw, the sound of the Magnaflow is actually perfect.
Once I go catless with the Atomic exhaust, it should sound mean.
Good luck with your choice.

Don't forget to add a resonator in-line before the turn at the axle but after the catalytic-converter of same or slightly larger size than the rest of the system!

Nickelin, I plan on going without a resonator.
Header back 2.5 inch piping to the Magnaflow with nothing in between.
I'm not really worried about the volume of the exhaust but I'm hoping the Magnaflow will sound good with no resonator and cat.
We'll see when it's done.

Yes, you can't beat a Dynomax for for flow, noise control or overall sound. Put one on my truck a couple months back (With a 22" CherryBomb!) and I almost don't need the tach to tell how the engine's doing. Plus the sound's eay on the ears for long periods, pleases the psyche in ways that's rather motivating in my driving style (Makes me want to get on it)

Thrush Turbo is garbage unless your looking for a quite muffler. I put a Thrush Turbo on my car and lost a lot of power so i wouldnt do that muffler. I heard Borla sounds nice...

Yeah... Thrush isn't the way to go anymore. They're just not what they used to be. Best sound, best flow, least noise for least amount of money: Walker Dynomax, no-fail WOAD.

Nice... What size ins' & out's did you get it in?

That muffler comes with a 2.5" in and 2 2.25" outs. But I used all 2.5" pipe because the 2.5" pipe just barely slid over the 2.25" outs.

That's quite a bit of flow capability you got there... Maybe you should consider adding resonator tips to help quiet it more & fine-tune the note. Just a suggestion...
