Any filter will do just fine. I have the AutoZone intake and Spencer Air Filter and called it a day. Granted I had to make minor adjustments to make it work >_>
Get a K&N, they are the only filters i trust. Plus they are washable.

That intake is garbage you don't want that, it leaves the filter by the manifold and has extra nipples on the tube that you don't need so you have to plug them up.... I made one myself on my old car, got a ... 2.5? mandrel bent, "U" bend form a parts store, a 2.5" silicone hose with two metal clamps ... measure the angle it should come off the TB to put the filter where you want, cut with dremel or hacksaw.... do the same on the filter end... sparypaint with highheat ceramic paint...I bought a rubber grommet kit, found the grommet that fits the air sensor tight... drilled a hole slightly smaller then the inside size of the gromment, fit the grommet in the tube and in went the sensor...then I put a k+n valve cover breather filter over the intake man breather tube. Total cost with K&n filter was about $100, look at the pic in my account.
Don't buy from MANTAPART!!
any thoughts on the short ram air intakes from SEcret Weapon???
