Blow by.. Need new rings SUGGESTIONS!

Ok so I've been running my saab kit at 6-7 psi for about a year now...
I mutsa had a really @!#$tty engine to have worn out the rings that fast.. but hey it's possible.
Anyways. recently my oil pressure has been off the map, and oil is leaking out of every random seal there is.
My mechanic says the rear main seal is leaking the most... anyways im assuming it's blow by..
So solution ideas?
So far I'm thinking of picking up an e-bay long block, then having that bored, built. But im not sure if thats a bad idea...

Shoot me some ideas!

are you sure you are getting plenty of ventilation to your crankcase? It might just be that your pcv is clogged and it doesn't have any way to escape other then through the seals. If it is blow-by though, then buying a block from eBay wouldn't be such a bad idea just make sure to have your machinist go over every nook and cranny of it. Throw some forged internals in it and go to town!
