How can I polish my stock exhaust manifold to where it is really shiny that is with out taking it in and getting it done?
You can't.
Its cast iron and therefore it rusts immediately even without the addition of high heat which makes it 1000 times worse.
a ceramic chrome coating is the only option for a stock manifold.

HO Exhaust Mani
After market Header
ok where can I get an HO header, Intake manifold, and the sparkplug cast cover the one that says high output then it says 16v twin cam?
Oh and a HO throttle body?
HO exhaust manifold will NOT fit the 2.4 head. PLEASE double check your info. JUST buy a PACEsetter Ceramic header.
