Im getting this quoted out of 6061 Aluminum as we speak .....
Im just wondering if there is any interest in them?
This could be very usefull when doing the rocker arm conversion.
It is for the rocker arm conversion, but for me its because my LS1 valvetrain is much taller.
I am but it would have to be for the pre 98 ln2.

The Comp Cams 26981 valve springs are a drop in application, or if you use a taller spring, such as the LSX springs, you can machine the spring seats down 0.090" to fit the 1.800" installed height. There has been some question on whether or not the spring seats on the '98+ 2200s can be machined.
There is no question... I did it to 2 heads already....

"Hondas are like tampons, every pussy has one!!!"
Any one still interested, im going to the shop very soon, and I could have them run a couple!
I think I could say that DMP would be interested, since he's going with 1.6 rockers soon.

Here's a question totally out of left field.
Has anyone ever experimented with the concept of using a head from a Chevy V8 on one of these 2.2's / 2200's? It would be fascinating to see if any of them would fit...LT or LS heads in particular.

More or less what I was thinking
But the LSX heads have just about the same cooling ports and bolt holes on the bottom of the head.
But still LOL, NO!
