i have a 97 cav 2.2/3 spd and i have no spark. all the ignition coild are good and the only other thing i could think of is the pcm or the icm but im not sure i dont rele work on chevys a lot. basicly i jus need some ideas on wut to do. i need the car to run today because its sold and its gotta go to the new owner 2marrow. please help me figure this out

Crank sensor. Either that or there's a blown fuse. You should spark wether there's a PCM working, or even in the car.
