2200 Direct port spacer/plate
Wednesday, October 21, 2009 9:58 AM
Does anybody have one laying around or can any one mock one up for me relatively cheap? I just need a spacer to go between the intake manifold and cylinder head until I can get a complete intake manifold made up. I am tuning in the next two weeks and I want the car tuned with the direct port 125 shot I am going to be using.

I can make one, i already have the intake flange designed for the 2200 motor!
How thick, what material, and what size taps for the nozzles?

nozzles have a 1/16" NPT threaded tip

As far as thickness and material It really doesnt matter. What ever you think would work best

Just got done looking at your engine mods list.... Do you have a MLS or copper headgasket? Do you have ARP studs? Please don't tell me both of those are Felpro..... Also, interested in your trans build. Thats next on the list for my wife's car... Do you have any pics of your setup now?

The original head gasket when the engine was first rebuilt was the Felpro it now has a MLS .030 and yes I am using ARP head studs. I have several pictures on my cardomain.com profile. Most of the pictures I have are of the car in pieces. I have not driven the car in almost 4 years now.

Honestly bro I'm a tad bit embarrassed by the car in so many pieces that's why I haven't posted many pictures.

Pm Turbo Tech Racing. He's made intake spacer plates for some members on here before. I'm sure he will be able to help you out.
