I got Taylor Thundervolts, I think they are 8.5mm IIRC!
I love them!
If your not boosted, I would go Bosch 4 Platinum.
If your boosted, then obviously you should already know what plug is good for your application.

I don't know if it makes much of a difference they look nice, But my 2200 is N/A so i have MSD coild, 8.2mm wires, and cold air and a headers, feels nice and sounds nice.

For your needs, wires are wires. Unless you have some weird sensor nearby and you're worried about EMI...
If you upgrade your coils and want to increase your gap or something, then fancy wires might be worth it. Right now, your money would be better spent elsewhere.

well im doing an engine rebuild, figured it was time for new plugs and wires as well but wanted to know if there was much of a difference performance wise between OEM 7mm wires 8.8? and 10.8

Nothing you will notice without some significant modifications.

my 2200... msd coil packs, accel 800+ wires, ac delco platinum plugs, feel NO difference at all with all that, kinda funny but mostly annoying. glad i have an ecotec cav too if i want to feel a difference lol

Just puttin' this out there: Custom-fitted MSD Super-conductor wires, E3 plugs... on both of my LN2'd S-trucks. Result: Better mileage from the better flame-front propagation due to plug location & angle (Which I considered before buying the plugs) combined with that funny side-electrode.

Go beyond the "bolt-on".

my LN2 with NGK iridium plugs and Accel Thunder's 8mm made my cav start a lil easier/faster.
no MSD coild yet. and i had a smoother idle! idk bout not having modds u wont feel a difference....i certanly did
[all i had besides plugs and wires, was a long ram intake, and exhaust]

i use regular auto zone wires and ngk iridiums but i am also running a distributor so not near as much power

I think some people are failing to realize that simply putting in NEW plugs and wires to replace OLD parts will make a difference...
Electrode design won't have a noticeable difference in flame front propagation lol.
