my ecotec 2.2l in my cavalier the bolt came undone on one of the piston rods throw the piston rod throw the side of the block. Dose any one know how a bolt on the piston rod can came undone?
Out of the 32 Eco's we are up to at work, I have never seen that.

Someone at the factory was probably called in to work to cover someone. Problem is, the guy that built your engine who was called in was probably drunk or hungover. hahaha
ya well it had a 110,000 then that happen
If i were you, and you had the warranty at one time on it for 100,000 id go up there and try to work something out with them... its worth a shot...
