2.3 HO intake mani install

hey i got my hands on a 2.3 HO intake for my 2000 2.4L cavy.. for some reason i cant navigate this website and find a kind of walk thru as to how to install it.. if it bolts up directly... if i should go ahead and get the tb for it too because im assuming my throttle body wont match up to the 2.3 intake. any help please let me know! thank you

try putting this in performance, u'll get alot more help there.

i was going to link you to the noob section, but i think ill be nice today instead

heres when i did mine...

youll need new bolts/studs

5 M8x1.25 45mm bolts
2 M8x1.25 60mm studs

remove your old crap, drill out/slot the holes. port match it as best as you can. youll need an adapter...

painted and clear coated

What does this do for the running of the car? i know it loses a little power without a tune, but does it change sound at all? or idle?
