Mew Help Building Website Content on Perfomance Mods
Tuesday, January 19, 2010 10:27 PM
Well I had built a quik website awhile ago on performance mods and parts etc...,
The first couple of ones were baby sites that I taught myself on HTML.
Now I've got the hang of things (kind'a of).
What I need now is content and lots of it that will keep tuners and everyone else coming back for more.
I have purchased a web domain and built a web site template using angelfire and currently transfering everything over.
The transfer is a pain in the ace and will consume huge amounts of time, so I'm asking everyone here to help put together some of there own
DO IT YOURSELF car modifications in the fourm of a how to, or tips and tricks in a information document.
I'll post the stuff once it is edited, html'dd, and checked out.
I will be networking with other fourms to gather up some troops and build a site devoded to car mods.

The old web site is still up and running (it was still underconstruction when I made the switch)
You guys can view this at http://umods.angelfire.com
and the new website address is www.umods.org but it is not up and going yet.
I also purchased 5 email accounts that will go to the guys that have shown the best knowledge, and judgment on the subjects.
The will be accounts like mine (ddiaz@umods.org)

Now I know alot of the guys here have a mix review for myself, but I would like to do it big on this really big and an imput will help.

You guys can reach me via email at
umods@live.com
ddiaz@umods.org

or post I check daily

Thanks!!

Forgot to ad in the last post hit up your friends every where with the idea and see if they have any inputs.
I purchased a huge (like 80Gigs) of space so videos and pics are fine for content uploads.

Check with Kardain if you can get a hold of him. The ny-jbodies database was lost when his site went down. I was able to get some of the text back through the wayback machine, but still missing 2200 ECU pinout and some others, along with all the pictures. It would be great if someone hosted that information again, since there is currently nowhere else to get it that I know of.

I can get all pinout information if you need shots of it.
