I'm looking to make a CAI for my 02 cavy from aluminum mandrel bends. However, I dont know where the CAI's, like the aem one, go to on the ecotec cav, nor do I know the required bends and straights needed. So if anyone has done this before this'd be great if you could just post up what bends you needed. Or if someone has a real picture of a CAI for an ecotec cav, that would work too. Heck even just knowing where the filter ends up would be fine. I can see that theres room to put it down in front of the tranny, but I dont see it getting much in the way of cold air there unless I put and undercar scoop.

Here is my AEM
goes under the power steering reservoir, around the battery, and down the same hole the washer fluid filler neck comes out of.
ok that helps a lot, on the aem where does that vacuum line from the fuel rail go? that was the other thing that I was trying to figure out what I needed to do with.

there are a couple little vacuum ports under around the throttle body, they have little rubber caps on them, just plug it into one of those.
After installing a short ram on my old sunfire i left the "vacume hose" off. It does not actually see vacume.
I miss my Sunfire, I want it back!
MMMM, HIDs
You will be missed.
