So i was thinking about doing the secret cams in my cavalier but i was wondering what the power gain would be. i didnt find it in the sticky at the top of the page...
search works good, basically the general consensus is that itll give ya maybe 5-10 hp overall, not a ton, but it makes it more fun to drive for sure, and doesnt require anythign but the cams
Umm id say about 1-3 hp gain if your N/A

I have always been told higher rpms, which works better with a ported head also.
