It's really easy.

There is a way to suck all the gas back down to the tank but I can't remember right now.

Once the car has been sitting for a awhile(this gives a chance for most of the gas to return to the tank)

Unbolt the two bolts holding the fuel rail to the cam tower. This will obviously let your fuel rail loose.
Undo the injector clips
Some gas will start to come out after you pull the injectors, have a rag ready. It wont be much.
Pull one injector at a time out and replace it with a new one with new O rings.
Make sure you put a TINY bit of oil on the O rings to slide back in the head with ease.
Re-nstall clips
Re-install the 2 fuel rail bolts.
Once you make sure all the injectors are sealed PRIME the fuel pump to check for leaks at the rail. If no leaks occur then start the car to check for leaks. Good to have a buddy with you at this point.

hey am sorry i failed to mention something..here's my injector delima..today i started my car, and it started to rumble quite oddly, I could rev it and it would just stumble but not die. So the check engine light comes on and now am convince that i have a problem and i also smell gas.. So i pop the hood an i notice that theres gas coming out of injector # 1 and # 4. So now at this should i replace the o-rings? or the injector its self because these injectors cost like 87.00 dollars a pop and if its just a o-ring replacement that would save a chunk of money...thx again

Well now that you mention it, try to replace your O rings first. Clear your check engine light, Then check for leaks. What does the check engine light say, did u get it scanned? I have some 2000+ 2.4 injectors for sale. PM me. What year is your Z?
