Which car? Which engine? I don't think anyone here is psychic, but I'm pretty sure at least one person did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

SEARCH SOME.

"No bypass Pulley".... belt size should be 345K5, but it doesn't fit use a 350K5 belt. All belt manufacturers are different. You might need a longer size belt.

Also...
GM bypass pulley 2.4L p/n # 24574519
Just because...GM bypass pulley 2.3L p/n # 22533199
Hope that helps. Also removing all your ac junk I mean lines, pump, condensers and all...... only weight in at 33 pounds. FYI.
I have run my 2.4 with the bypass pulley and just a belt. I have had better luck with the bypass pulley, and stock belt.

You'll need something smaller than the 345K5 belt.....

I just did this on a 00 grandam, ended up not using the bypass pulley, just the stock crank pulley.

Needed a 35.5" belt, don't remember the part number though.

Left the ac compressor on, just locked up. Guy is going to take it to a shop to have the freon evacuated and the compressor replaced.
