a rod bearing went bad and tore up the crnak found a brand new one for 150. so bought it. the head is getting cleaned. but performance parts for the head are coming in later. so obviously valve cover gasket.. head gasket.. intake mani gasket header gasket. timing chain cover gasket. anything else im missing??? what do you recomend replacing whikle its torn apart,
The main bolts. they are torque to yield.

Torque to yield means they are tightened to the point that they stretch. If you reuse them they will be weaker than last time, and stretch more, increasing the risk of them snapping.
ok so new head and main bolts. but wheres the cheapest place to get some?? anything else can you guys think of that i need to replace??? i heard about replacing the rear main seal.... do i need to replace that??
