I just made my short ram into a tru CAI (bumper), my car also being a little lowered and where i live floods quite a bit during rainy season, ive ordered an AEM bypass valve, just wondering where everyone has them? I'm thinking of putting mine as the first coupler right off the TB to my intake tube....is that a good spot? or should i do it somewhere towards the middle of the tube?
Above the water level is all you really need.
I think I can remember those not working worth a dam though...

unless you're driving your car in 10" or more of water, it's going to do nothing. and if you ARE doing that, you have more to worry about than your car, because the 10" of water would probably be in your house.

Im telling you guys youre doing it wrong. You need to take the hood off. And put a cone facing straight-up to catch the air and rain. Just flop a floor mat over it in the rain.
