what kind/size injectors plug directly into the stock 2002 OR 2003 fuel rail and clips. i dont wanna have to buy new clips pig tails or cut wires if you know what i mean. so im looking for injectors that are bigger but will plug into the stock clips. or if you have any other advice throw it out there for me. thanks.
Lsj ones I acually have some new ones for sale pm me
If you don't want to cut and splice wires the saab green tops are a direct replacement for the 2002 rail in fact side by side there identical but green not grey. Also some years of the lsj ones are like this too but I'm not sure. It just has to have the smaller EV6 plug to swap directly in.
Also these fit the 03+ rail but you have to use the double space thing in the head. The 03+ injectors are a hair longer and skinny that's why you need the spacers the saab and lsj are short fat ones like the stock 02's. Others may have a better answer for you tho maybe there are other brands that may work better. I have saab ones in my 02 with zero issues at all.

ok cuz i have both rails. 02 and 03. are there any companys that sell a good set that are direct replacements like siemens? or any others. i got the ev6 idea. but if i just go buy some ev6's i dont want to find out they dont fit in the head... that could be an issue correct this is my first project involving injectors swaps. so im not sure... but i dont want to make any mistakes ya know>
Yep I feel ya. Just remember you cant just simply swap injectors. You have to change Injector constant in HP tuners and also do ve tuning with a wideband and HP tuners. The Injector swap isn't just a throw them in affair incase you didn't know considering this is your first time dealing with them.
ok. when i do this.. can the car be started before its tuned.... i wouldnt rev it up or drive but adfter a massive build id hate to tow it to the shop and realize it wont start ya know...? bigger injectors wont do anything on a stock application right??? even with c.a.i and full exhaust its not usefull for bigger injectors right??
Depends on how big you go. It might start. It might not. But yeah you can try. Mine bairly started on my 36# ones but of course I had the constant wrong. If I recall you can start it on 36# but it don't idle worth a damn. Also if you tune it correctly you can see gains. Basically its because stock injectors are maxed out from factory lol.
