ive been thinking about what i could do to make my valve cover breather look a little better and i came up with one idea i like but am not to sure about. i was curious if i could cut the nub of the nipple off and try to tap the nipple for a an fitting but am unsure if there is enough material to thread onto
running rich? turn the boost up
i doubt it. the whole nipple can be pulled out with vise grips, and if you do it right, there is BARELY enough material to tap the hole the nipple was in for an AN fitting.
You can pull the nipple out and thread it for AN fittings. Just be carefull as it may crack when threading.

I had a local performance shop drill and weld a -10an fitting in a spare valve cover.
its an old concept. time for something new to take the reigns. - Z yaaaa

Where the hell is your hose going?
^ Its not my car, but its going to the oil catch can.
The car that EcoCav posted is the same car I was talking about. This is a friend of ours. Perhaps the best built daily driven cavalier I have ever seen. He had not threaded the nipple part for the fitting yet. I had painted the valve cover flat black that day, and he had just sprayed crushed glass clear coat on it. So we were just seeing what it would look like in his engine bay when that pic was taken.
EDIT:
Here is the same car with the previous valve cover. You can see the tapped area with the AN fitting screwed in.
