FIT wasnot good at all. in their defence it does claim fitment for a 95 to 2001 cavalier i believe so perhaps it fits these cars better but am fairly certain exhaust is the same. anyway installed it on an 02 sunfire and the hangar on the muffler was the wrong way or for my car it would have forced the muffler too far out and caused problems with the bumper. it cleared the axle but i am not sure what i will do about lowering the car come spring because the clearance is not there to do it right now. i also had to add a bend halfway up the mid pipe so it lined up with my cat, wouldve worked as it was but pulled the cat pretty far over and stressed welds. on the plus side it sounds great no rasp or ricer rang at all and i ended up using stock cat instead of my high flow because i found out it was a universal and not heavy metal and an experienced muffler shop said they had done universal highflows on this type of car and they end up throwing codes and i feel like it added some power, could be just me.
oh had to cut that hangar off the muffler and make a custom one and weld it back on
Sounds like it fix exactly how I said mine did. No need to worry about lowering I'm on d-spes with sportlines and all's good.
Alpine sunfire, mine didn't even clear the rear axle! Couldn't do crap with the exhaust system. Shipped it back for a refund!

well i ended up adding a whole magnaflow cat assembly from my header to the connecting pipe after the cat is magnaflow now up to the srs. i found at higher rpm i was hearung the engine and cold air more than exhaust. sounds louder deeper and maintains the mean sound all through my rpms. magnaflow kit went up absolutely perfect, had to use a really queer coupler cause the srs is in between 2 and a half and 2 and a quarter diameter wtf. looks great and IMO sounds awesome. highway drone is minimal and really not annoying at all. i would recommend magnaflow to anyone considering exhaust but swap out their muffler which comes with catbacks and full systems it sounds terrible
