Im new to this site and these engines, i have a 1997 sunfire se with Pacesetter headers, Cat back Magnaflow exhaust system and a RKsports Underdrive pulley, and some cold air intake. i was wondering if anyone could tell me about how much hp/tq these modifacations are worth, thanks

They are all supporting mods and wont yield a lot of power but are imho essential in a performance build with cams, pistons, PnP, etc. You will see small gains on a stock untuned engine.

SE is most likely an LN2. For that setup, I'd say around the 100 WHP mark.

Butt-dyno will detect a good gain off the header.
