what is needed? and will this help gas milage and performance? or just performance. searched and couldnt find anything on the 2200 just the twin cam 2.4 motor.
When I ran mine I got the coil interfaces and the msd coils and the msd box, also had to have msd make me a custom wiring diagram for the box. Let me know if you need it and ill mail it.

Pretty simple to set up a DIS-II when you use the interface blocks. As for a noticeable gain in MPG or Performance.... no.

It doesn't have any gains, but it does allow for a more consistent performing engne.
The only thing I really found it to be any good for was to set the rev limit at the same RPM as the rev limit PCM. Then it made a funny noise on rev limit, and shot some flames. But that's about it.
