Hearing a vaccum noise from the powersteering cap on my ecotec. is this normal???

I here the same thing always wondered.
its teh power steering pump working probably...or check ur ps fluid.
Its full. All the years I have worked on cars just wondered sounds like a vaccum leak to me.
its from the purge solenoid sitting right on top of the PS pump, thats where I traced it to on mine right after I did the swap, I was a lil paranoid about stuff going wrong at the time.
mine does the same exact thing, never had a problem though.
Same here. It's the pump.
Hmm I hate to leave it because I hate the vaccum leak noise..... but what else can you do? I heard it on the running 04 I pulled everything out of sounds like a common problem....
