Same as any cheap Ebay muffler.. they are going to be junk. However I have heard much positive about the Mugen twin loop muffler, and other legitimate companies version.
Not megan, motegi is the company that makes the real twin loop muffler.

Different packing density most likely, and different packing material maybe.

Iv listened to them both and to be honest i like the sound...BUT i only found friggin hondas with them and hondas have their own sound...but i like the ebay 4" tip (ricer look) but i like the obx brand name....and im curious if they would sound ok with stock exaust..i have yet to get a header for my car
..ok now the question is...OBX muffler OR ebay header??lol theyre both around 100 bucks and that my limit..lol i know ebay brand stuff usually gets a bad review but i have to say my fart can has held up very well and iv been running it for a yr and a half now
IMO, its a waste of money, just an extra few pounds over normal fart can. It will NOT give you any more power. Depending on the header, I would go that route if anything, just not sure if the $100 ebay header will last or not, but if it does, you will benefit more from that.
If it was me though, I would put that $100 towards replacing your "cut springs" & if you have been driving around for awhile like that, your blown struts too, assuming they are stock struts.

Is there any place where we can get these mufflers other than ebay. No matter if it is expensive but it should of quality.
Here is one of the last legit ones. It comes with a bit of pipe for it to fit a civic though.

my cut springs have been gone for months now. i went and got new struts and springs..and to be honest idc wat benefits its supposed to have, i like the nice mild rumble it makes and i think it looks cool too
I'd go with the header. Hell, I bought one out of M2, and its just as good as most of the more expensive ones. Haven't had any problems with it yet.
Iv been looking..anybody wanna track down a decent deader for 100 bucks total...iv got the old 2.2 ohv (not the 2200) idk if there is a diff in the header design..idk what im looking at when i look at headers other than a brand name..lol
