Recently I've been doing a ton of research on supercharging my 04 Cavalier, I got a sweet deal on a used 05 Cobalt SS engine so and stripped all the major componants for supercharging our J's. I did a ton of research on what I needed to do in order to put it on my Cavy so I have just about everything ready, but recently I also bought a Camaro Z28 as a project car and would rather put the money into that. I have:
-m62 supercharger
-cobalt ss front manifold
-all the pulleys/brackets
-lsj injectors (have correct size spacers for them if the buyer is interested in using the stock 03-05 fuel rails)
-tmap sensor
-the $85 harness for the tmap sensor
-ALL the bolts packaged in baggies with labels for each
The only major thing I'm missing is the tb adapter (katech makes them now for $125), and the ss serpentine belt. The motor had about 37k miles on them, only was pulled because the dumbass who owned it ran it low on oil and warped the head. Also have some random parts such as a boost gauge...
All the buyer would need is the TB adapter and that belt. So basically I'm asking is what I can look to get for selling it as a bundle. If anybody could give me a legitamate estimate it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Also, if this would be better answered in the Boost section (my dumb ass forgot about that section) Could a moderator please move it? Thanks
Well since you have everything minus the tune, tb adaptor and the bolts that hold the intake manifold to the head (lsj's use 8mm and our l61's use 6mm) realistically your looking at roughly 700-1000 depending on how long your willing to wait. If you had the intercooler pump, alt, and other add on's you could ask for more but this seems to be roughly what I've seen lately. Good luck with the sale
